Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just got my roof replaced recently (June2024), and while i cant comment on the roof itself, the experience I had in dealing with John was very pleasant. He explained everything, answered all of my (many) questions, gave me a breakdown, and negotiated a fair price in good faith.
work was completed on my townhouse in a couple of days.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Choosing Influence Roofing was the Best decision that I had made.  I had roof repair and complete roof replacement done.
I feel Lucky that they did the work and Highly Recommend them.

Roof repair was quick and the price was lesser compared to other companies. They repaired/replaced some shingles, and started free estimate for complete roof replacement.  Before I could only find a couple of companies that would do roof repair.  The majority did not want to do repairs, only wanted to do complete roof replacement or a lot of cash only.

The complete roof replacement was overdue, but the high estimates and lack of confidence of the other companies made me delay (few years) having it done.  The winds and rain now are getting stronger/worser.  So I didn’t want to select the lowest shingle quality, went for the middle choice.

They discovered it had old worn planks - needed to add plywood.  This is what to expect from a very old house, and other future issues.
More was added to the price, but still better than the majority of the other Roofing companies - would not be getting the additional layer of plywood.
With the additional work, the crew worked very hard and late, finishing the next day.  The roof is now more solid and will last much more longer.

Thank you to John, Paul and their Fabulous team  They are All Wonderful people, Extremely Hardworking, Knowledgeable and Confident in performing an Excellent job.  Very Professional and Clean work.

The roof is Amazing, I always feel Very Happy to look at it, and relieved that it is finally done.

Thank you and All the Best wishes

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. John was very professional right from the start. He arrived on time and did a great job replacing the shingles on my garden shed. He used good quality IKO shingles and they look super. He was so efficient - the job was completed and tidied up in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this company.
